Welcome to Pharmaxen. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our online store and the purchase of healthcare and wellness products delivered across the UK.
01. Scope of Agreement
By accessing pharmaxen.health and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement sets the legal framework for all transactions between Pharmaxen and the customer. You accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic, and you acknowledge that all contracts and notices provided electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this website at any time without liability.
02. Ordering Process
Your order is an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgement email; however, the legal contract between us is only formed upon dispatch. If an order contains items that are out of stock, we will dispatch the available items, cancel the unfulfilled portion, and issue a partial refund. Pharmaxen reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion, particularly if goods cannot be shipped to your destination.
03. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP and include the current UK VAT (20%) unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs will be applied at checkout based on your selected method. Payments must be made via our secure checkout at the time of order; we do not offer credit accounts. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways, utilizing 3D secure technology to prevent fraud. All goods remain the property of Pharmaxen until payment has been received in full.
04. Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery across the United Kingdom. Standard dispatch times are provided as estimates. Pharmaxen is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or Acts of God (Force Majeure). If your UK order fails to arrive within 14 days of dispatch, please inform us in writing to initiate our missing parcel procedure. We reserve the right to refuse future deliveries to addresses we consider insecure.
05. Returns & Refunds
Under UK consumer law, you may cancel your contract and receive a refund at any time within 14 days of receiving your products. You must inform us in writing and return the items at your own cost. However, due to strict health and safety regulations, certain healthcare and wellness products are strictly non-returnable if the protective hygiene seal is broken, unless the item is faulty.
06. Liability & Governing Law
Pharmaxen's liability is limited to the purchase value of the product. We shall not bear liability for any damages resulting from site outages or disruptions outside our control. All site content, design, and graphics are copyrighted by Pharmaxen. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and users agree to use the site for lawful purposes only.
